Why is my server suspended?

Stripe is used to handle all card payments made directly through our Billing system and Paypal can be used by clients to make card payments off-of our system. If you're experiencing a never-ending loading animation on the checkout box when attempting to make a purchase, it means your card was declined by our payment processor (Stripe).
