How to request a Refund

Before requesting a refund, it is important you understand the following summary of our Refund Policy.

Services are only eligible for a payment-gateway refund within 48 hours of the purchase, however a credit refund is available up-to 7 days from when the purchase was made.

Refunds are strictly processed via a Billing ticket to reduce the risk of fraudulent activities such as a compromised account and to serve as an accessible record of your request.
Billing tickets can be created  here and when creating a ticket, please mention the Invoice or Service IDs you wish to receive a refund for with the ticket message.
