Why was my card declined

If you're experiencing a never-ending loading animation when attempting to make a purchase with a card, it usually means that your card is being declined by our payment processor (Stripe), or a browser extension is conflicting with our billing system.

  • Your browser has a conflicting extension or setting. (Try using Incognito or Private browsing)

  • You do not have the required funds to be able to complete the purchase

  • Your card does not support out of country payments. (Try contacting your bank)

  • You have not accepted the 3D secure sent via text message, phone call, in-app confirmation, or email.
