Card Declined

If you're experiencing a never-ending loading animation on the checkout box when attempting to make a purchase, it means your card was declined by our payment processor (Stripe).

Common causes of the payment failing include but is not limited to,
Your browser has a conflicting extension or setting. (Try using Chrome Incognito)
You have an insufficient balance to pay for the service.
Your card doesn't allow out of country payments. (Try contacting your bank)
You have not accepted the 3D secure which you will either receive via email or text message.

If you have confirmed none of the above apply to you, please contact us via a Billing Ticket.
