Support Pin
Never share your support pin with anyone.
Your support pin is always needed on Discord for us to access your billing account; we do this for various security reasons.
To get your support pin, you go to the client area.
Then, on the top left you will find Support Pin. When you have navigated to the Support Pin box click the SHOW FULL PIN button. After that, copy the pin, then send it in your ticket.
We need both your email and support pin to provide you with support. We will never disclose any details without both of these sent.
