How do I install Geyser on my server? Before doing anything, you'll first need to ensure you've got a port available for Geyser to use- if you're not familiar with creating additional ports on your server, please see <a href="https://wiki.revivenode.com/en/article/14pepy4/">this</a> guide. Custom IPs

A custom domain allows you to have a professional looking domain such as example.net or play.example.net.

Go to your NameCheap dashboard.
Select your domain and click Manage.
Click Advanced DNS.

With a dedicated IP: If you have a dedicated IP, you are not required to make a SRV record, as you have Minecraft Java's default port.

Press Add New Record, then select A Record.
In the Host box, type @ if you want it to be just your domain, or you can put play/mc if you wish for that to be the domain prefix (play.revivenode.com/mc.revivenode.com).
In the IP Address box, type your Minecraft server's IP (without the port).
Finally press the green tick.
If you put a @ in the A record, you should use the first one, if you used play/mc/anything else, you need to use the second one.

Why is my server at 100% CPU usage?

Accepted Answer

Don't panic if your server is using over 100% CPU, although this is not ideal, your server should perform just fine. You may assume 100% CPU usage means the node's CPU is being completely used by your server, it is not- 100% only refers to 1 thread of the node's CPU. Unlike storage, we do not limit CPU usage but you may find as your CPU usage increases above 250% that your server begins to lag.
