How to import files
In order to import you can do the following methods either SFTP or using our Importer, if you want to use SFTP please follow our separate page on the topic by clicking here.
The importer feature on our panel will work for SFTP and FTP connections so if you are importer from a different server host it will work.
Click on Settings.
Click IMPORT SERVER
Fill in your SFTP/FTP details.
Make sure you switch to FTP if your server on the other host uses FTP.
Once you have filled out all of the information click IMPORT FROM SFTP
