How to change your Terraria's server version

It is recommended that you make a backup before changing your Terraria server's version. See [https://wiki.revivenode.com/en/article/1i4hk4k/:here] for instructions on creating a backup.

You can change your Terraria server version easily via the Configuration -> Startup page on your Terraria server.

  1. 1

Go to  Terraria Fandom and find the version number you wish to install.

  2. 2

Head on over to your server's Configuration -> Startup page and replace the current Terraria Version property value with the version number you wish to run on your server. (eg. 1.4.4.9)

  3. 3

Once saved, go to Configuration -> Settings and click the Reinstall server button. Don't worry, this will only replace the version dependent files.

  4. 4

You can now start your server server and enjoy the version change.
